Administrative Assistant/ Construction
Department:Accounting
  
Works closely with Senior VP of Construction. All aspects of accounting and payroll for the Construction arm of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with subcontractors on invoices and requisition.
- Work closely with the Senior VP of Construction for all matters related to projects.
- Manage accounts payable and provide continuous reporting on such.
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Credit Card transactions.
- Run Weekly Aging and Cash Register
- Monthly Reports on each Project
- Monitoring and Reporting of Cash Flow Management
- Handle Bank Deposits

Requirements:
Detail Oriented
Experience with Real Estate/Construction Accounting preferred.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Premier, preferably the Contractor version
Understanding Construction budget codes and accounts payable a plus.
